Add option to exclude individual transactions.

From our own experience, it's possible that here and there a transaction isn't valid. That may be a wrongful refund manually paid back by ClickFunnels through a separate Tipalti payment without showing up on the export again or a purchase made on one of ClickFunnels' funnels while they were still in test mode.

It, therefore, makes sense to add an option to either just "exclude"/hide or completely delete an entry to make sure the compiled numbers are accurate.
