How can I add a sub-user to my organisation?
Right now, you can NOT add sub-users directly to your organisation.
In order to get a user added to your organisation please make sure that they already have a Convertain account.
If that's the case, both the user you want to add as a sub-user and you have to submit a ticket to our support team and we'll then take care of adding the user to your organisation for you.
